A&L’s mission is to outperform the competition in service, quality, convenience and responsiveness while maximizing the internal operating efficiency. Our number one priority is to meet the complete satisfaction of the property managers, building owners and tenants who use our service. In carrying out our day-to-day business we strive to:

1. Maintain the philosophy that our employees are our number one resource. Employees who are valued will provide our customers with a higher level of service.

2. Be considered an expert in our field by keeping abreast of the latest innovations in cleaning equipment and supplies, and actively participating in organizations such as IREM, IFMA, CABSC AND BNI. The benefit of this will be passed onto our customers who will experience improved service quality while saving labor dollars.

3. Actively give back to the community through community involvement by building relationships, inspiring philanthropy and promoting goodwill both inside and outside the company.

Through a long term commitment to this mission, it is our goal to provide beyond what is expected and to be the standard to which other janitorial firms are compared.
