A&L Service Industries was founded by Andrea L. Sax, Chief Executive Officer, in 1978. Linda A. Fitzgerald, President, joined the company in 1982. Sax and Fitzgerald grew the company through hard work and dedication, continually striving to provide beyond what is expected and to be the standard to which other janitorial firms are compared.

James J. Rodgers, Executive Vice President, joined the firm in 2006. Rodgers with over twenty years of experience in successfully providing contracted services to major federal and private sector clients.
